It’s Really Hard to Put into Words

Based on my own experiences and a quote from Sayaka Murata’s wonderful book Earthlings (2018). An attempt at expressing the inability to speak about painful memories as well as the festering wound it leaves. The visuals were further inspired by Victorian postmortem photography and flower language-
